We draw upon psychoanalytical theories, leadership, coaching and acting methodology to help you explore, experience, reflect and ultimately change.
We help you to practice conversations that are important to you using improvisation, feedback and coaching. It could be a conversation you need to have tomorrow, revisiting one that didn’t go so well or one you anticipate happening in the future. This is a unique, bespoke process that has the power to really shift mindset and embed behavioural change.
We run coaching workshops for leaders as well as one to one and group coaching sessions, either face to face, by telephone or online. Our approach is people-centered, non-directive, focused and question oriented. Our belief is that you are resourceful. We create a challenging, supportive space for you to get your best thinking in order to drive the change you need.
About us
We are Angela Dixon and Claire Harding, professional actors, executive coaches and behavioural specialists who have spent the past 20 years helping people to communicate, lead and relate to others. We have complementary careers in theatre and film as well as backgrounds in dance and yoga. We combine our skills and experience from all these disciplines and apply them to the world of business and leadership in a way that is often transformational. Many of our clients tell us, “This is where the learning is”.

Claire Harding
As an actor, coach and author, I work in all areas of communication skills; often in the arena of presence development, and physical and vocal confidence, particularly for leadership roles. My aim is to encourage and develop the capabilities and resourcefulness of my clients; helping them to flourish in their professional lives.
